Arizona pitcher Shelby Miller leaves start with forearm tightness
Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Shelby Miller was removed from Sunday's start against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the fifth inning due to tightness in his forearm.
Miller had tossed four shutout innings before running into some trouble in the fifth, walking two and allowing a RBI double to Corey Seager. He finished with three runs allowed in four-plus innings. Miller will be re-evaluated on Monday and seems likely to miss at least one start.
Miller owns a 2-2 record with a 4.09 ERA, 1.45 WHIP, and 20 strikeouts in 22 innings pitched this season.
