Rain postpones Wednesday's contest between Indians and Twins
Wednesday's game between the Cleveland Indians and Minnesota Twins has been postponed due to rain in Minneapolis.
Adalberto Mejia was scheduled to start for the Twins on Wednesday against Cleveland right-hander Trevor Bauer, but he'll now be pushed back in the rotation to allow Ervin Santana to take his normal turn on Thursday. Bauer will still head to the mound Thursday for the Indians. Tuesday's game will be made up with a day-night doubleheader on June 17.
The Twins currently rank second in numberFire's MLB Team Power Rankings. Cleveland is tied with the San Francisco Giants for 16th.
