Cleveland Indians third baseman Jose Ramirez blasted a two-run home run on Tuesday as part of Cleveland's 11-4 rout of the Minnesota Twins.

Ramirez singled and scored a run in the first inning before increasing Cleveland's lead to 5-2 with that two-run shot in the third.
