Phillies put Howie Kendrick (abdomen) on disabled list
Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Howie Kendrick is on the 10-day disabled list, retroactive to April 16, with a right abdominal strain.
What It Means:
Daniel Nava projects to see most of the work in left while Kendrick is sidelined. Aaron Altherr and Brock Stassi could also see some run for the Phillies.
Kendrick is slashing .333/.395/.487 with a .883 OPS and five RBI's across 43 plate appearances this season (10 games).
