Twins say Brian Dozier's MRI came back clean

Minnesota Twins general manager Derek Falvey said Saturday that the MRI on second baseman Brian Dozier's right knee came back clean.

What It Means:

Dozier is available off the bench on Saturday, which is a good sign. Initially the team thought the injury was more serious, but the Twins and Dozier's fantasy owners can rest easy.

Our models project Dozier to post a .250 average with 29 homers and 81 RBI's over 606 plate appearances remaining this season.
