Yankees move Starlin Castro up to second in the order on Friday
New York Yankees infielder Starlin Castro will hit second for the first time this season on Friday against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Castro is all the way up to the two-hole after hitting sixth for the first five games of the year. That could be due to his strong .333/.351/.444 slash (37 plate appearances) to start the season. On the mound for St. Louis will be right-hander Michael Wacha.
For his career, Castro is hitting .455 (10-for-22) against Wacha with a pair of home runs and seven RBI's.
