Brandon Crawford not in Giants' lineup again on Thursday
San Francisco Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford is not in the starting lineup Thursday against the Colorado Rockies.
Crawford sat out on Tuesday as well, due to a lefty on the mound, but with right-handed throwing Jon Gray on the hill, manager Bruce Bochy is sitting Crawford again for Eduardo Nunez. The 30-year-old has been hitting well this season but looks like he will cede some at-bats to Nunez more than we expected this year.
Crawford is batting .314/.350/.486 with one home run, five RBI's and seven runs scored in 40 plate appearances this season.
