Jose Reyes benched as Mets take on Miami
New York Mets infielder Jose Reyes is out of the starting lineup Thursday against the Miami Marlins.
What It Means:
T.J. Rivera will be replacing a struggling Reyes at third for the Mets. He'll hit seventh versus left-hander Wei-Yin Chen.
Reyes owns an awful .054/.079/.081 slash through 38 plate appearances in 2017 with 11 strikeouts and one walk.
