Urrutia clubs walk-off homer as O's top Mets

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Henry Urrutia slugged a walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to down the New York Mets on Wednesday.

What It Means:

This was only the fifth Major League game of the season for Urrutia and the 29th of his career. The home run was Urrutia's first career blast in 78 plate appearances.

The 28-year-old native of Cuba hit 10 home runs in 474 Triple-A plate appearances with a .292/.344/.414 slash. It's a nice bounceback for Urrutia, who failed to hit a home run in 263 plate appearances in the minors last year.
