Wil Myers becomes the second Padre to hit for a cycle
San Diego Padres first baseman Wil Myers hit for the cycle on Monday, lifting the Padres to a 5-3 victory over the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field.
Myers becomes only the second Padre to ever achieve the feat -- hitting a single, a double, a triple and a home run all in the same game -- and he generated a pair of RBI's while also scoring two runs on the night.
Myers has been on fire through 34 plate appearances to start the young 2017 season, slashing .382/.382/.794 with a huge .499 wOBA on a 50.0 percent hard-hit rate.
