Corey Seager (oblique) on track for Dodgers' opener
Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager (oblique) is expected to start in Saturday's exhibition game against the Los Angeles Angels, said manager Dave Roberts.
The oblique issue has kept Seager out of major league play since March 3, but he's put in time in the minors in recent days. Everything suggests the 22-year-old phenom will be ready to roll for the Dodgers on Opening Day.
numberFire's models project the reigning National League Rookie of the Year to hit .297 with 23 home runs and 82 RBI's across 629 plate appearances this upcoming season.
