Dodgers' Corey Seager (oblique) on track for Opening Day

Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager (oblique) said he had no discomfort while taking three at-bats in a minor league game Tuesday.

What It Means:

Seager has sat our most of spring training with the oblique injury but seems to be progressing nicely. He will get Wednesday off but is scheduled to play five innings on Thursday. Seager does not appear to be in any real danger of missing Opening day, as long as he does not suffer any setbacks.
