Nick Swisher was activated from the DL and will start tonight for the Braves at first base and bat fifth as they take on the Marlins.
Swisher is hitting .198/.261/.297 with a .245 wOBA in 111 plate appearances this season. Our algorithm projects Swisher to hit .198/.271/.292 with a .248 wOBA for the remainder of the season. Swisher will face Marlins starter Tom Koehler tonight, who is allowing a .326 wOBA to left-handers this season. Swisher shouldn't be a fantasy option today considering his rest of season projections and lack of production this year.
