Junior Guerra drawing interest from multiple clubs

Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Junior Guerra is generating trade inquiries from multiple teams around the league, according to Jon Morosi of MLB Network.

What It Means:

The Brewers aren't in any rush to deal the 31-year-old right-hander, as he's not yet eligible for arbitration. However, there aren't many quality starters available in free agency, so perhaps one of the interested clubs makes an offer that Milwaukee can't refuse.

Guerra's 2.81 ERA last season looked great, but his 4.42 SIERA was less encouraging. He spun a 20.3 percent strikeout rate and 8.7 percent walk rate across 121 2/3 innings (20 starts).
