Buehrle tosses quality start to earn Blue Jays the win
Mark Buehrle tossed seven innings of solid baseball, allowing three runs on five hits and a walk, striking out just one Twin but pitching well enough to earn the win and improve his record to 12-5.
Buehrle has a 3.34 ERA on the year to go with a 4.05 FIP. He's not a lights out pitcher by any means but always seems to pitch well enough to keep his club in the game. The 36 year old has the best offense in baseball giving him run support in every start, so he's always a good bet for a win when he takes the mound.
