Clayton Kershaw to start NLCS Game 6 for Dodgers

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw will get the nod against the Chicago Cubs in Game 6 of the National League Championship Series, according to Dodgers' manager Dave Roberts.

What It Means:

Kershaw turned in a strong start in Game 2, and was prepared to start Game 5 if the Dodgers were facing elimination. With the series tied 2-2, he will get some additional rest, and Kenta Maeda will start Game 5.

Through four appearances (three starts) this postseason, Kershaw has spun a 3.72 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 31.3 strikeout percentage in 19 1/3 innings of work.
