Addison Russell drops to eighth for Cubs in Game 4 of NLCS
Chicago Cubs infielder Addison Russell has been dropped to eighth in the starting lineup for Game 4 of the National Championship League Series on Wednesday.
The Cubs find themselves down 2-1 to the Los Angeles Dodgers in the series, so manager Joe Maddon is deciding to mix things up a bit on Wednesday night. Russell moves down a spot after hitting seventh on Tuesday, and Jason Heyward will fill the void after not starting in Game 3.
Despite being down in the series, our models give the Cubs a 27.6 percent chance of winning the World Series, which is slightly better -- a mere 0.80 percent -- than the Dodgers. That's good for second among the remaining four teams.
