Jorge Soler enters Cubs lineup for Game 3, will bat cleanup
Chicago Cubs outfielder Jorge Soler is starting in left field and hitting cleanup in Monday's National League Divisional Series Game 3 against the San Francisco Giants.
Soler was held at bay in Games 1 and 2 with the Giants throwing right-handers, but he will man the four-hole Monday night with southpaw Madison Bumgarner on the mound. Jason Heyward heads to the bench, while Ben Zobrist starts in right and Javier Baez handles duties on second. Miguel Montero will catch Cubs righty Jake Arrieta.
Soler was spectacular in his first taste of postseason play last season for the Cubs, slashing .474/.600/1.105 with a .669 wOBA in 25 plate appearances. He recorded three taters and five RBI's with a 24.0 percent walk rate.
