Roberto Osuna tweaks shoulder in Blue Jays' Wild Card win
Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Roberto Osuna was pulled from Tuesday's game against the Baltimore Orioles in the top of the 10th inning with a right shoulder issue.
"The doctor told me I'm fine," Osuna said after the game, and he expects to be ready to go by Friday, when the Blue Jays open the ALDS on the road against the Texas Rangers.
The 21-year-old Osuna turned in another solid year, posting a 2.68 ERA and 2.87 SIERA through 74 regular season innings. His 28.5 percent strikeout rate and 4.9 percent walk rate were both improvements from his already solid rookie numbers in 2015.
