Yankees' CC Sabathia hopes to keep playing beyond 2017 season
New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia said that he hopes to continue pitching after the 2017 season.
Sabathia's current contact is set to expire after the 2017 season, and there is still plenty of time for the 36-year-old to potentially change his mind before that point.
Sabathia's 4.02 ERA this year isn't bad, but he has posted a 4.42 SIERA -- his worst in over a decade -- and he may not have too much left in the tank after next season.
