Dodgers' Adrian Gonalez makes early exit with sinus infection
Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez left the game early on Tuesday with a sinus infection.
Gonzalez made it through two at-bats before leaving the game. This doesn't seem like anything serious, and if it causes him to miss any more time, it won't be much.
Through 625 plate appearances this season, Gonzalez is slashing .282/.347/.427 with a .330 wOBA and .145 ISO. His 17 home runs are his worst since 2005, while his 88 RBI's are his worst since 2006.
