George Springer scores twice and drives in two in Astros' win
Houston Astros outfielder George Springer scored two runs and smacked a two-RBI double on 3-for-5 hitting Tuesday as the Astros picked up an 8-4 win over the Seattle Mariners.
The game was tied 4-4 with two outs in the bottom of the sixth when Springer drove in two runs with an RBI double off of Felix Hernandez, and scored himself on the next at-bat.
Through 729 plate appearances this season, Springer is slashing .262/.362/.458 with a .355 wOBA and .196 ISO -- all numbers that line up with his career averages.
