Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier (hand) is out again Tuesday.
Kiermaier continues to be bothered by discomfort in his hand after being plunked by a pitch on Sunday. Owners should probably look for alternate options over the last six games. Richie Shaffer is starting in right field for the Rays and hitting eighth as they take on Chris Sale and the Chicago White Sox Tuesday night.
Kiermaier is hitting .249/.329/.434 with a career-high 11 longballs and 16 steals in 334 appearances at the plate this season. His .329 wOBA is much improved from last year's .309 mark.
