Kansas City Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain (wrist) is done for the year.
A wrist injury has kept Cain on the shelf since September 9 and manager Ned Yost admitted last week that he didn't expect the star center fielder back this season.
Cain finishes the 2016 campaign with a .287/.339/.408 slash while adding 9 jacks, 56 RBI's and 14 steals across 434 appearances at the dish.
