Trea Turner's four-hit night leads Nationals past Braves
Washington Nationals shortstop Trea Turner had another monster night at the plate in Friday's 7-2 win over the Atlanta Braves, going 4-for-5 with a two-run homer, two stolen bases, and four runs scored.
Turner has been destroying major league pitching since he got to the show. In only 58 big league games this season the young Nats prospect already has 26 steals and he is going to be a huge addition for the Nats' postseason roster. Friday was his third four-hit game since joining the big league club.
Turner has an unreal .349/.369/.558 slash line, with a .391 wOBA over 260 appearances at the plate this season. If he qualified, he would have the third best wOBA in the league and he would be tied with teammate Daniel Murphy for the batting title. He has added 9 homers to go with 32 RBI's, 45 runs scored and 26 steals since being called up.
