Evan Longoria goes yard, tallies five RBI's in Rays' win
Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Evan Longoria had a home run and five RBI's on 2-for-5 hitting as the Rays scored a 7-6 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday.
Longoria has been quiet through 14 games in September, and the big performance on Thursday brings him up to two taters and eight RBI's on the month (60 plate appearances).
Longoria is having a solid season, slashing .274/.321/.519 through 620 plate appearances, with a .350 wOBA that is his best since 2013.
