Miguel Sano (back) absent from Twins lineup on Tuesday
Minnesota Twins right fielder/third baseman Miguel Sano (back) is out of the starting lineup on Tuesday night.
Sano left Monday's game with tightness in his lower back and he said he expects to miss a couple days. Eduardo Escobar is on the hot corner for Minnesota and Kurt Suzuki will be the designated hitter against the Detroit Tigers and southpaw Matt Boyd.
Sano's production has fallen a bit from his rookie year, but he is still having a decent year, slashing .236/.322/.459 with a .334 wOBA and .223 ISO through 453 plate appearances.
