Minnesota Twins second baseman Brian Dozier blasted his 40th home run of the season as the Twins fell 4-2 to the Detroit Tigers on Monday.
Dozier becomes only the second player in the majors with 40 home runs this year, joining Baltimore Orioles left fielder Mark Trumbo.
Dozier is having a huge year from the dish, slashing .277/.348/.574 with a .383 wOBA and .297 ISO, all of which are career-bests.
