Carlos Correa not in Astros' lineup Wednesday
Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa is absent from the starting lineup on Wednesday night against the Cleveland Indians.
This is just a routine day off for Correa. Alex Bregman will get the start at shortstop and hit second, while Yulieski Gurriel will man the hot corner and hit fifth. Correa is slashing .274/.362/.460 in 586 plate appearances this season.
Correa has 19 home runs, 12 stolen bases and a .353 wOBA this year. We project him to hit three more taters, steal three more bases and post an .825 OPS over the remaining course of the season.
