Orioles' Chris Tillman (shoulder) remains on track to return Sunday
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Chris Tillman (shoulder) remains on track to return to the rotation for Sunday's game against the Detroit Tigers.
Tillman will throw off the mound once more on Friday to prepare for his return, but all of his other workouts since his August 20 trip to the disabled list have gone smoothly, so any sort of set back would come as a big surprise.
While Tillman's 3.76 ERA is a big improvement from last season, he is still sporting a shaky 4.56 SIERA that falls below his career average.
