Byron Buxton blasts a grand slam as Twins fall to White Sox in extras
Minnesota Twins center fielder Byron Buxton blasted a grand slam on Sunday as the Twins went on to fall 13-11 to the Chicago White Sox in extra-innings.
Buxton has been on a tear lately, with three home runs over his last four games, as well as seven runs scored and 12 RBI's through 16 plate appearances in that span.
Despite improvement from his 2015 rookie campaign, Buxton's season-long numbers aren't as appealing as his recent production, evidenced by a .221/.268/.390 slash with a .280 wOBA and .169 ISO through 234 appearances at the plate.
