Brewers' Jonathan Villar sitting out again on Sunday

Milwaukee Brewers third baseman/shortstop Jonathan Villar (knee) remained out of the Brewers' lineup Sunday.

What It Means:

Villar injured his knee after Josh Harrison slid into in on Friday and he has not seen the lineup in the last two games. Hernan Perez is filling in at third base while Keon Broxton is batting leadoff for the Brewers on Sunday. For now, Villar is considered day-to-day.

Villar is slashing .295/.376/.438 with a .361 wOBA over 568 plate appearances this season. He has 11 homers, 47 RBI's and 73 runs scored on the year. His 51 stolen bases are second to only Billy Hamilton in 2016.
