JaCoby Jones scores winning run as Tigers top White Sox
Detroit Tigers shortstop JaCoby Jones scored the winning run while going 2-for-4 from the dish as the Tigers topped the Chicago White Sox 3-2 on Wednesday.
Jones made his major league debut on Tuesday, going 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI's, and he continued to impress on Wednesday.
This early success may not be sustainable, as Jones didn't have great numbers from the dish in Triple-A this year. He slashed .243/.309/.356 with a .302 wOBA through 324 plate appearances while posting a 29.9 percent strikeout rate.
