Corey Seager (wrist) expected to return Wednesday for Dodgers
Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager (wrist) is expected to return to the lineup on Wednesday.
Seager was hit by a pair of pitches Monday night, including one off his left wrist, so he is sitting out Tuesday's contest against the Colorado Rockies. The Dodgers will start Charlie Culberson at shortstop and hit him seventh.
Seager is having a big year, slashing .320/.379/.540 with a .388 wOBA and .221 ISO through 559 plate appearances. He ranks 17th in the majors with a 2.90 nERD.
