Adam Jones leaves Orioles' game with potential re-injury
Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones was pulled from Friday's game against the New York Yankees after appearing to re-injure his hamstring.
Jones was an early exit from Thursday's game due to cramping in his hamstring and it appeared to flare up on Friday his way to first base during his first at-bat. He tested it out prior to the game and was given the go-ahead. An update should be provided soon.
The 31-year-old Jones is having a bit of a down year, slashing .276/.317/.457 through 538 plate appearances. His .329 wOBA is his lowest since 2008.
