Boston's Andrew Benintendi has no structural damage in knee
Boston Red Sox outfielder Andrew Benintendi underwent an MRI which revealed no structural damage on his left knee.
It was a scary moment when Benintendi went down while running the bases on Wednesday, and despite his admission to the disabled list, it's a great sign that he didn't suffer any structural damage.
Benintendi has been having a great rookie year, slashing .324/.365/.485 with a .362 wOBA through 74 plate appearances. He also managed a .384 wOBA and .219 ISO through 263 Double-A plate appearances.
