Twins' Byung Ho Park (hand) undergoes surgery
Minnesota Twins first baseman Byung Ho Park underwent surgery on his right middle finger on Thursday.
A damaged tendon had been giving Park issues for a while now, and the surgery will sideline him for the remainder of the season.
Park had a rough year from the dish, slashing .191/.275/.409 with a .294 wOBA through 244 plate appearances. He did manage a solid .367 wOBA in 128 Triple-A plate appearances, however.
