Braves sitting Jace Peterson versus Arizona
Atlanta Braves infielder Jace Peterson was scratched from the lineup Monday against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Peterson collided into the wall during Sunday's contest, resulting in some lingering soreness, but he should be good to go Tuesday. Chase d'Arnaud will replace Peterson at second base on Monday.
Peterson is slashing .255/.348/.389 through 289 plate appearances on the season, and his .323 wOBA and .134 ISO are both the highest marks of his young career.
