Kevin Kiermaier (hip) back in Rays' lineup Monday
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier (hip) is back in the starting lineup on Monday against the Boston Red Sox.
A hip injury kept Kiermaier out for much of the Rays' series over the weekend against the Texas Rangers. He'll hit second and start in center field on Monday against southpaw David Price. Kiermaier is slashing .222/.318/.391 in 258 plate appearances this season.
Kiermaier owns a .309 wOBA this year to go with seven home runs and 12 stolen bases. We project him to hit two more taters, steal three more bases and post a .722 OPS over the rest of the season.
