Cincinnati Reds shortstop Zack Cozart (knee, heel) remains out of the starting lineup on Monday afternoon.
Cozart continues to be hampered by a right knee and Achilles that have kept him sidelined since last Wednesday, but he isn't anticipated to need a stint on the disabled list. Jose Peraza is filling in at shortstop and hitting second Monday against Dodgers southpaw Scott Kazmir.
For the season, Cozart is slashing .263/.313/.442 with a .179 ISO and a .320 wOBA in 450 plate appearances, both of which are above their league averages (.163 and .318, respectively). We project him to hit four more taters and post a .728 OPS over the rest of the year.
