A.J. Ramos (finger) on track to return Sunday for Marlins
Miami Marlins pitcher A.J. Ramos (finger) is expected to be ready to be activated from the disabled list when he is first eligible on Sunday.
Ramos, who was placed on the disabled list on August 9 with a fractured finger, will throw a simulated game on Friday, which will give a strong indication as to whether or not he's ready to return to action.
Ramos has had a bit of a down year, and his .376 SIERA is the second-worst of his career, while his 13.47 percent walk rate sits above his career average.
