Pirates' Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) threw bullpen session on Tuesday
Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) made it through Tuesday's bullpen session without any issues.
Glasnow, who has been out since July 24, didn't make it through his scheduled rehab start on the weekend, being lifted from the game with discomfort in his shoulder, but the successful bullpen session is a good sign.
Glasnow was terrific in Triple-A this year, posting a 1.94 ERA through 18 games, though his 5.40 ERA and 5.22 SIERA in his two major league starts are a lot less impressive.
