Billy Hamilton (knee) not in Tuesday's lineup for Reds
Cincinnati Reds outfielder Billy Hamilton (knee) is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Miami Marlins.
Hamilton was forced to leave Monday's contest early after slamming into the outfield wall during an attempt to make a catch. The crash left him with a right knee contusion, but Hamilton is also dealing with other bumps and bruises. For now, he can likely be considered day-to-day. Scott Schebler -- and his .253 wOBA this seaon -- will man center field on Tuesday.
Hamilton is slashing .263/.319/.361 with just a .299 wOBA in 385 plate appearances this season, but has 51 stolen bases (most in baseball). We project him to steal 10 more bases, but to post just a .631 OPS over the rest of the year.
