Cleveland's Carlos Santana leaves game with head contusion
Cleveland Indians first baseman Carlos Santana left the game against the Los Angeles Angels on Thursday with a contusion on the right side of his head.
Santana was hit by a foul ball in the dugout, and left in the seventh inning, being replaced by Rajai Davis. Fortunately, it sounds like a concussion was avoided, and he can be considered day-to-day for now.
Santana is slashing .242/.338/.474 with a .348 wOBA and .232 ISO through 485 plate appearances on the season.
