The Texas Rangers activated outfielder Drew Stubbs from the 60-day disabled list.
A pesky left toe sprain sidelined Stubbs back in mid-May and it has taken two months for him to rehab it fully. The veteran outfielder has seen just 176 at-bats since the start of the 2015 season.
In just 61 plate appearances so far this year, Stubbs compiled a .245/.328/.358 slash line and .304 wOBA, but struck out in 40.98 percent of his plate appearances. He has two home runs and seven steals for the season.
