Tigers recall Daniel Norris for Tuesday start
The Detroit Tigers recalled pitcher Daniel Norris from Triple-A Toledo.
Norris will start on Tuesday night against the Seattle Mariners, replacing the injured Jordan Zimmermann. The southpaw was excellent in his last outing -- one earned run in seven innings -- at Triple-A Toledo, and owns a 24.06 strikeout percentage at that level this season. For those in deeper fantasy formats, Norris is worth a look.
Norris has pitched 13 innings in the majors this season (three starts, one relief appearance) and owns a 3.66 xFIP. He'll face a tough lineup in Seattle, as the Mariners own a .327 team wOBA, which ranks eighth-best this season.
