Baltimore Orioles outfielder Colton Cowser will start in left field and hit eighth on Tuesday versus right-hander Alec Marsh and the Kansas City Royals.
Cowser will replace Austin Hays and make his first start of the season. He pinch-hit in the last three games and went 1-for-3 with a double and a strikeout.
