Washington Nationals outfielder Eddie Rosario is starting in center field and hitting seventh against right-hander Frankie Montas and the Cincinnati Reds on Opening Day.
Rosario will start over Victor Robles to begin the season. Luis Garcia will man second base and bat ninth.
