Shin-Soo Choo remains out of Rangers' Sunday lineup
Texas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo (back) remains out of the Rangers' lineup Sunday against the Chicago Cubs.
Choo has been battling lower back issues recently and he is still not right even after missing the last week. Nomar Mazara is in right field and hit sixth while Ryan Rua will hit fifth and play in left.
Choo has hit well when he's been on the field this season, slashing .274/.388/.496 with seven home runs, four stolen bases and a .385 wOBA in 137 plate appearances. Our models project him to hit .250/.347/.435 with five home runs, three steals and a .342 wOBA over the rest of the year.
