Boston Red Sox pitcher Sean O'Sullivan will start Friday against the Tampa Bay Rays.
He'll get the nod over Clay Buchholz, who will head back to the bullpen for the time being. O'Sullivan allowed just two runs over five-plus innings in a spot-start against the Los Angeles Angels on Sunday.
In three starts this season, O'Sullivan is 2-0 with a 6.46 ERA, 1.70 WHIP and 11.60 strikeout rate across 15 1/3 innings pitched.
